I am feeling healthier than I have in a long time, and I know I will continue to feel better as the 24 day challenge moves on and I make some permanent changes!
App Suggestion:
1: If it let you view the daily tracker before the start date.
2: If it let you put old information in it. I totally forgot the app existed partly due to the issue in "1:" and when I realized it on Thursday (4 days after start date), it was too late to input my information for Monday.
3: Does it allow you to keep track of multiple challenges and ongoing nutrition and supplements after the challenge?
- If not, this would be helpful as well.
4: If the Facebook community was linked in the "community" portion of the app to get ideas for meals, snacks, and provide support.
Again, the challenge is going great. I have lost approximately 6 pounds so far (1 week) and Im feeling great. Those are just a couple suggestions to make the app more useful for the Advocare Community.
