Good....but not WOW!
Its a good app for keeping track of food, supplements and water intake...but thats about it! It needs more portion suggestions such as amount of nuts, fruit, nut butter, ect. thats allowed or counts as a serving! It needs exercise suggestions, a way to track your progress and give motivational quotes or "tips of the day" sorta things! I was expecting an awesome "lets rock this thing" kinda app...but its blahh....hope they kick it up a notch!
